THE BASICS

A few ground rules.

RunMyTurf · Updated 16 October 2026

About this release

RunMyTurf helps you record activities and optionally participate in Territories, races and groups. The app is currently in development. Features and availability may change; organised events and subscriptions are not offered by this website.

Adults-only testing

This initial testing release and its shared features are intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Community rules

Before sharing a public profile or taking part in shared activities, accept the community terms in the app. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, sexual content, exploitation (including child sexual abuse material), illegal content, impersonation and publishing another person’s private information are prohibited. Do not use profiles, photos, group names, meeting instructions or course names to promote harmful or unlawful behaviour.

Use the safety menu beside a person, territory or race to report content or a user, or to block a person. Groups also include a Report action. Reports are reviewed by the operator. We may hide content, restrict shared participation or suspend accounts when necessary; private backup and the account deletion pathway remain available. You can also contact our support address about abuse. Blocking hides identities, group participation and live sharing between the two accounts, and prevents new invitation interactions. Public competitive geography and anonymous standings can remain. Manage blocks in Privacy → Blocked people.

Move with care

Choose routes that are safe and accessible. Respect traffic, property boundaries and local rules. An in-app route does not grant access to private land. Measurements and results can be affected by GPS and device conditions. The app is not medical advice or an emergency service.

Accounts and fair participation

Use an account you control. Submit your own genuine activities, follow the displayed feature rules, and treat other participants respectfully. Do not abuse invitations, impersonate others or attempt to bypass access controls. Participation may be restricted when necessary to protect other users or service integrity.

Your content

You retain your rights in your content. By using backup and shared features, you permit the service to store and process that content to provide those features. Only upload or share content you have the right to use. Consider whether a route, profile or invitation reveals information you want to keep private.

Privacy and account closure

Our privacy policy explains data practices. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Deletion requires ownership verification and may affect access to invitations and shared activities.
