A HAND WHEN YOU NEED IT

Let’s keep you moving.

A few useful answers, without the runaround.

What happens when I tap an invitation link?

A verified link can open the invitation in the installed app. If the app is not installed, the website checks the code and shows installation guidance. Browser preferences can keep a link on the website.

After installing, tap the original invitation again or enter the saved code. Preview the invitation in the app before joining. Opening a link does not join anything automatically.

Where can I download the app?

RunMyTurf is in development. Public Android and iPhone downloads will appear on our download page when the store listings are available. Current Android development builds support invitation links; iPhone link support requires a signed release.

Do I have to use Turf?

No. Record a walk or run for its own sake. Territories, races and group activities are optional.

What happens if I reinstall?

Unsynced and guest activities can be lost when you clear storage or uninstall. Sign in and complete backup before resetting the app. Device permissions and some local preferences need to be set again.

Where can I manage my data?

See Privacy for the data overview or request account deletion.
